Our beautiful dental office offers state of the art technology in a beautiful setting. It was designed to look more like a home than a dental office. The space is as open as we could make it with streams of natural light coming from all angles. It features barrel vaulted ceilings, skylights, and chandeliers. Its beautiful, modern, and clean.
The dental technology is equally impressive. We have all digital charting system with digital x-rays. Our sterilization area is pristine with a state of the art autoclave to provide the cleanest treatment possible. Our digital shade matching system provides a guess free system for the most aesthetic crowns, veneers, and fillings possible.
It is a wonderful dental office of which Dr. Sycamore is very proud. But it wasn’t always so nice……
Dr. Sycamore decide that when he opened his dental office, it would be a stand alone building on Thousand Oaks Boulevard. That was a task that was easier said than done. Dr. Sycamore searched for nearly a year before he found a suitable location that fulfilled most of his criteria. The building was old. It was built in 1960 — four years before the city of Thousand Oaks was incorporated. It was ugly and needed to be completely redone.
Nearly every surface was replaced – even the concrete slab. A new facade was built to give the building a higher profile and it was tiled with Crema Marfil Mable tile. There is all new plumbing, electrical, HVAC. We are thrilled with the building. Our amazing architect was Tom Oswalt. He did a wonderful design and facilitated the construction with the city.
